The Treasurer reported a healthy balance on the accounts, and an increase in the membership fee to £25 per year, the first increase for many years. The committee was re-elected in full. Several members offered their help with exhibitions and a number of new venues were to be investigated. A comprehensive list of workshops and exhibitions was outlined for 2026 and the full programme is now on the website. Programme cards were issued to paid-up members and will also be available at the Autumn Exhibition and the November workshop. Members with profiles on the website were asked to check they were still current. The Christmas lunch was confirmed at Llwyngwair Mansion and all members had been sent invitations to the Autumn Exhibition and Christmas Lunch.
